Our Story

70 Years of Tradition is what sets us apart.

 

Norway Ridge was opened for business in May 1948 by Sam and Evelyn Thompson and Bob and Bes Neuman. Many of their original recipes are still used today; having been passed down from owner to owner. We still feel their secret recipes for our specialties remain unsurpassed anywhere.

New Owners! Paul & Lori Sugimura are excited to carry on the traditions that have defined our brand for the past 70 years.

Our Family Brand

We smoke our own ribs and make the zesty sauce from scratch. We also make sourdough daily and make all our own dressings and sauces. In other words, we do it the right way and start at the beginning.

We do accept, and recommend reservations - and can often reserve the table of your choice. Norway Ridge is available for special parties, receptions, and banquets.
